| | SUBJECT: | Minute Action Approving Mayor's Appointment to the Planning Commission |

| | | | | | | | | RECOMMENDED ACTION | | Approve appointment to the Planning Commission and perform Oath of Office. |

| | | | | | | | | STATEMENT OF ISSUE | The City Council is being asked to approve the mayor’s appointment to the Planning Commission as follows:
1. Don McDonald (Unexpired term July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022) |

| | | | | | | | | DISCUSSION | The Planning Commission has one seat available for appointment with an unexpired term of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022. This seat became available with the resignation of Commissioner Chuck Wood.
Councilmembers Doriss Panduro and Cat Moy interviewed two applicants on September 29, 2021 and five applicants on September 30, 2021. Their recommendations were submitted to Mayor Harry Price for consideration.
