| | | | | | | | | STATEMENT OF ISSUE | | When the City Council considered and approved the budget update for FY2020/21 at the Council Meeting on June 16, 2020 the City Council discussed an idea of forming a budget advisory committee. |
|
| | | | | | | | | DISCUSSION | Council directed staff to place on the agenda the idea for discussion and possible action. On July 21, 2020 staff presented an outline of terms, guidelines, and duties of a Budget Advisory Committee for Council discussion and direction. The City Council directed staff to bring a resolution establishing the committee at its next meeting. Staff has finalized the Budget Advisory Committee terms, guidelines, and duties for formal establishment of the committee.
