| | | | | | | | | STATEMENT OF ISSUE | | The contract work for the Rancho Solano Golf Course Maintenance Building Partial Roof Replacement Project is complete and ready for acceptance by the City Council. |

| | | | | | | | | DISCUSSION | The Rancho Solano Golf Course Maintenance Building Partial Roof Replacement Project consisted of replacing the old roof with a new hybrid cool roof system. The Project also included the installation of a new manufactured wood framing system with a slight slope to drain to new gutters, replacement of damaged skylights with new skylights, and the installation of a roof access point.
The City Council awarded a contract for the Project to Stronger Building Services on July 16, 2019, by Resolution 2019-168. The total City Council authorized budget was $334,272. Stronger Building Services has completed all of the required work in accordance with the contract. The final cost for the Project is $271,360.00, which is 18.8% under the amount authorized by the City Council.
